About The Founder

My name is Cayleb Pletos, I have been in this space for about 5 years now. Quickly been able to grow Taurify to one of the in house names for our industry.

The Mission

Consistently and profitably grow a portfolio of client accounts by providing the best results in the space.

1. Creative Undertsanding

  • Read and understand client briefs

  • Research and keep up on what is working in the space

  • Read and understand client accounts with location specific information

  • Meet with creative strategists and media buyer to discuss creative direction

2. Quick Turnaround Ad Editing

  • Edit ads within 24 hours

  • Some footage organization and pulling from client content

  • Stay up to date on what is working in the industry

What a Day Looks Like

  • Log into Slack and project management tools to identify daily tasks

  • Edit Ads

  • Static and Video

  • Make revisions on ads needed

  • Meet with team to discuss ad needs

Who You are

You:

  • Quick at editing without sacrificing quality

  • Can think on your feet pulling in additional content to make the ads better

  • Are detail oriented and take the time to understand each client's market's custom needs

Requirements

  • Strong internet + reliable setup

  • Ability to speak to clients and present well

  • Fluent English

  • Full-time or Part-time availbility

  • Working hours 9am - 5pm EST

Compensation

Part Time:

  • Starting $500-$900 USD per month

  • 5 days a week, 4-5 hours per day

Full Time:

  • Starting $1,000-$1,500 USD per month

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours per day

As you get better:

  • You handle bigger accounts and more responsibilty

  • You earn more
