We are looking for a data-driven killer to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns.
Location: Remote Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns—primarily on Facebook Ads. You will work closely with our internal team to:
• Analyze Facebook Ads performance
• Improve client's return on ad spend
• Test new angles and creatives
• Ensure consistent client results
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and ready to grow within a high-performance home-service marketing agency. We are looking for an absolute killer to add to our marketing team. This is not an entry level position. This position is for someone with a large amount of results, data, and a proven track record of generating high quality leads for clients.
• Build and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (lead generation focused).
• Perform ongoing optimization: audience testing, creative testing, budget scaling, and improving CPL.
• Analyze metrics and clearly present campaign insights for sales, not just leads.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new angles, hooks, and offers.
• Stay updated with platform changes and best practices.
• (Bonus) Manage Google Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager).
• $1M+ in sales generated for clients directly from Facebook Leads Ads
• $500K Spent in the Home Service industry for clients
• 1+ years of experience with Zapier and automations.
• 1+ years of experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel).
• Understanding of ad policies, tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Sales, ROAS, and Lead Quality focused, not focused on vanity metrics like CPL.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems before they get to management.
